You need proper ID for these applications. You would need to know the persons addresses in the past 5 years. Have other forms of ID bills etc. Even with a name and address you wouldn't get very far. You would need a date of birth. and as I said other ID and information you don't have. I'm afraid you wouldn't be a very good scammer or credit wrecker.
no I probably wouldn't as I'm an over cautious honest person, but a person who is a fully fledged, paid up ,making a living out of scamming could do it.Instant Credit means Instant Debit!

I've given my bank details out in the past for bank transfers ~ so has my husband and nothing untoward has happened.

See post of mine at 10:44am today. I was saying that its seems obvious that selling outside of ebay is not allowed by ebay terms and conditions.
Looks like it is not all that obvious.
I am not trying to be a smarty pants here. I know it goes on and ebay probably will only take action in the most serious cases. Just thought that it should be pointed out.0
