OMG just read through your story and can't believe what you went through-must have been awful and I hope you have put it behind you. I see what you mean about how long it took for peeps to believe and support you. This thread is meant to be a community and here to support not slate each other.

They have really tightened up in Tesco with accepting the difference vouchers. It took me 15 mins to get 70p back on Sunday. Checked & double checked everything, checked my clubcard matched one on voucher, then called supervisor over to do same. Would have been easier to walk out of the royal mint with a bag full of cash!!! Also when did they start putting 'one voucher per transaction' on them? Ive always done a few at a time but could only use one this time. Felt like a criminal by time they'd finished. All for 70p off. I'll stick to Asda in future! I swear Tesco's flash a 'Beware Serial Coupon User' warning up for the SA when ur clubcard scans.0

Think it's always been one voucher per transaction per day. Problem is, they didn't bother telling the staff. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

I'm confused about when the dated of 'the difference' voucher starts/ends?
is it from the date of the receipt?
is it from the date you submit the receipt?
is is from the date they email you the voucher?
is it from the date you open the email with the vouocher link?

Didn't think that would work as it states on voucher that it must be accompanied by the ORIGINAL receipt. Would cs printing off additional receipts not leave it open for people to reuse vouchers several times.
Sometimes the tills screw-up (literally) the receipt when printing, and you HAVE to go to CS to get a new one (which will always be A4).
Or the receipt gets torn by the SA and some of your vital numbers are missing, again a trip to CS is needed.
On both occasions the A4 reprint is fine and widely accepted by SA's with both DTD and RTD vouchers.
This is as per the 6 threads of 10,000 posts each that existed when DTD was running (and I read virtually every damned post), and was widely discussed several times.
In fact many of the new questions arising on this 'baby' thread came up numerous occasions in the DTD discussion threads, which are now consigned to the 'it's gone was it any good' area of the forums.
Things like some of my numbers don't match my voucher (never since 21st? Feb have they), and what do I do if they don't sign my receipt (to which the answer is SMILE).I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!

Blimey what have I been missing with the whole Henlans/Symnz saga.
I may as well add my two-penneth (feel I have the right as a long-standing DTD'er).
When I first saw Henlan's loft stash I though blimey, you've done well.
Then I thought how did you manage all this, and Henlan herself added some insight into the stash which (after DTD had ceased) confirmed that she had kept her head well below the radar (and hardly posted at all on the DTD threads, if at all - I don't recollect seeing her name crop up as a regular poster).
What it also told me was that like many of us she had 'abused' (Tesco term) the T&C of the scheme. Exactly which element is not relevant, but it seems that people seemed happier to break some of the terms than others, and clearly the least accepted term to break is the re-printing of vouchers (but each to their own on that one).
I do not like the way the Security seem like they had free reign over their behaviour (even the Store manager said leave him alone) and no doubt this element will run as Henlan's brother takes it forward.
What I don't accept is the lame 'receipt in the car' story - Henlan's you were a DTD 'expert'; leaving receipts in the car (or in your back pocket) can only because you knew that the particular store would accept a voucher without the receipt, and so would allow you to get more for your receipt (continuing the DTD scheme until expiry of the voucher).
I don't even blame you for doing this, but please don't treat us like idiots, you and your brother knew what you were doing, and got caught. The way they dealt with it was wrong, but you are no angel in this.
Personally I thought it unwise to post your photos at the time as I'll bet Tesco managed to suss out where you shopped and probably traced you via purchases, repeated visits, and CCTV. Whatever system the Security use it seems quite sophisticated and you probably popped up on their system when you entered the store.
There, that's my opinion, shoot me down by all means.I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!

I highly doubt they traced her or her brother via a picture on this site of her loft space. No indication of location at all. Could be anywhere in uk.
Whats more likely is brother went above radar by:
1. Continually redeeming similar vouchers (using multiple repeat vouchers per visit as i seem to recall a few vouchers being mentioned). So in short hey would receive not once, not twice, not three times but maybe four times the same vouchers.. and someone would've spotted it and go on lookout. they not daft at tescos.
2. General use f vouchers and previous use of not showing receipt.
Btw must agree with the 'we aint stupid rule' with the 'my dog ate my receipt' or 'left multiple receipts in car' excuse. I put my receipts inside my vouchers.0 -

Apart from geotagging unless Henlans was clever enough to remove any! Acts like GPS and gives exact location photos are taken in most cases, depends on camera etc - a www search will tell you moreYou never know how far-reaching something good, that you may do or say today, may affect the lives of others tomorrow0
