I use a squirt of that in the sink instead of whatever else I might normally use, but it's still going to be a Long Haul Job (ooh, can we have another anacronym of LHJ for products that seem to go on foreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeever?! :rotfl:)

    I like it =]:money:

I feel bad though, I have no idea why my kids teeth are so terrible. Apparently, DH's were bad as a child but I didn't get a filling until after I had DS. I ate plenty of calcium when pregnant and they have lots of calcium in their diet.

I have similar problems, have about 8 fillings and I'm only 21. I brush my teeth twice daily when I'm at uni/placement, and 3 times if I'm home all day. I dont eat/drink TOOO much sugar as I'm trying to lose weight. My dentist says I'm just pre-disposed to it =[

Today has not been a good day :( Had my appt with the specialist and it was fairly pointless. He poked and prodded and pulled and pushed at me then proclaimed that 'Yes I do have CFS' (duh! we know that!) but I also have CPS - Chronic Pain Syndrome :( Kinda explains why I'm always in pain :rotfl::rotfl: I've been referred to a Pain Management Team for physio and some proper pain meds :T but don't know when yet :( Once the pain is under control we can start to look at the Fatigue side of things - so I guess I'm gonna be knackered for a bit longer :(

Physioooooo =] is it weird that when people mention physio's it makes me happy?? Not that you have to see a physio, obviously I'm not happy that you are unwell. But because its a physio, that will be me in like 3/4 weeks! =D :T:j:T:j

But, wow! The first part sounded similar to my appt with the "specialist"! Poke, prod, check some reflexes (really poorly I might add!!) "You are hypermobile" (Yes braindead, I told you that when I got here!! If you wernt listening I told you I score 7/9 Baitons, move my knee caps practically halfway up my thigh and down my shin, and can dislocate my hips at will) "You also have CFS, try and eat healthy and go to the gym. If it doesnt work, come back in 3 months and we will put you on some amphetamines, good bye"
......Gee.... Thanks..... I understand eat healthy, but gym? Seriously?! However, I tried it, and it worked(ish) if I pace myself, I just would have liked abit of knowledge as to why, I'm not keen on blind-faith funnily enough!

I picked up MC today in Sainsburies, they only had 1 left and the freebie was the Shea butter one. I STILL have my little freebie one from the last offer ( I know lol) and have just ordered a full size one from BS (which reminds me, I really should open that parcel!! lol). So I put it back, felt really proud, then saw InStyle =[ Got the Teal NV, went home, put it on and was THOROUGHLY unimpressed =s really really dislike the colour, so that will go on my swapsie list for FB. I kind of feel that it looks like my nails are abit diseased =s
Atleast I've got the mag to read =]

I knew I'd forget something I wanted to say haha
Alanis I'd be interested to hear what you think of the Avon Bra Lifting Gel - it's a quite new product so there's not much feedback online yet and I'm sure to get a customer ask about it soon enough!

I shall let you know how it goes
Cant be too bad as it came free with the anti-cellulite thing

I've had a real splurge day as I also went into Boots and got a Champneys Mediterranean Bliss Shower Cream and qualified for the Spa Treatments gwp (Skin Comforting Shower Cream 40 ml, Citrus Blush Body Lotion 40 ml, Hand and Nail Cream 40 ml and Relaxing Dream Bath 50 ml). I used the 25% discount coupon from the Boots magazine. The receipt shows Best of Spa set £10.00 now £7.50 saving of £2.50, includes previous Champneys Best of Spa -£10.00, Med. Shower Cream £8.00, Total to pay £5.50. I used the 200 points coupon, so effectively £3.50, bargain! .

oooh - that is good to know as I asked the SA today if the GWP qualifying amount was before or after the 25% (I want more foot butter @ £8 with 25% off) and she said she didn't think it worked - she confirmed for me the Time Delay combo so I didn't doubt her. I never thought of it coming off the GWP :D May go back and try it :T

I may bug you with questions if I don't understand something ;)

UU for me - Sanctuary Mande Lular body souffle, was determined yesterday to finish it so used the final bits up on OH's legs. That's another tub washed out and in the recycling bin. Think i will start the Kylphi body butter next, it's still a 300ml tub but that's still smaller than the last one i've finally finished.

Did buy some hair dye today but have none in stock and will be using up this weekend. It's the Nice and Easy one, hope others have found this one ok.

Well I've not been on for over a week and have pages to catch up on... been away for the weekend and to-ing and frow-ing to the hospital with my mum and things. "
2 in to report- one hairspray(unknown brand to test-and I don't even know who I am testing for-I don't remember signing up but hey)
S&G Bronzer-(a freebie sent to me after I complained about how carp their facewipes are-I was just glad they didn't send me a tub of flake away)

Hope everybody is well-it's a shock to the system being back on a 5day week :)
Will hopefully get round to posting a swapsy list on fbook this week.

Almost forgot my useups for the week:
John Frieda Conditioner(the one that comes with foam hair dye) wba if sold separately as lovely smell and keeps hair silky
Dove Summer Glow-love this wba but only when used up other tanning lotions(I much prefer this to johnsons as that smells of soggy biscuits!
Clinique Tinted Moisture Surge (sachet) may buy when have finished the stash :)
Palmolive Coconut Showergel for dry skin-wba cheap and cheerful does what it says on the tin

Hi everyone. Have only scanned through the posts but hope everyone is feeling ok today.

Have 1 IN and 1UU to report.

IN : bottle of Garnier Summerbody. I had to get change as I was buying something from a colleague and unfortunately for me Superdrug is right near the bus stop where I get off for work. Thought it was a needful purchase as my legs are pasty and was planning on wearing skirts for work soon when the weather picks up but then realised when I got into work (where the ac is cranked up every day) that it will probably be too cold in there for me to bare my legs! Anyhow it was half price - managed to buy it the day before the Loyalty card came online though Doh!

UU: bottle of L'Oreal eye make up remover. Love this product and had already bought replacement.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Love the LHJ suggestion - some items seem to go on forever....:D

    Two UU to report.

MOP C System conditioner. WIBA? Yes, love it, but have another in the stash.
Essential care avocado moisturiser. WIBA? Yes, but I've got several others to get through first.

Now moved on to my Aveda Damage Remedy conditioner and BS Vit C moisturiser. Neither should take an age to use up as they were already opened :o
