There is a quote somewhere giving details of where to send your receipt . The details are as follows

You need to send your receipt after using your the difference only voucher stating your email address and when you entered it onto the Tesco pricecheck.
Send to Price Check Team, Tesco House, Maes-y-Coed Road, Cardiff, CF14 4TT

I think it has to be received by them by 5 June, they will then send a gift card for the difference and also refund 2nd class post

Thanks, is this not just for people that got caught up in last weeks latest disaster? Mine is from the day before they changed it from double to single difference, back in April. I've just emailed CS so I'll see what they say. If I don't get any joy over the next week, I'll maybe send it off to Cardiff!

Yes, that addy for receipts was just for the Sun glitch earlier this week. I've already tried to use htat as leverage with my 2 TD vouchers from 28/4 when I shopped early in the day but didn't get home to do the input until mid afternoon. They have basically told me to s** off and stop bothering them - thats from the Chief Execs Office as well as Cunstomer Services.

The misleading advertising situation was exactly the same re the posters instore well past the 28/4 so they SHOULD have given the same period of grace. Seeing as they continue to behave as utter plonkers, I have made my own arrangements about my refund so honour is satisfied !:D
