Think the order history problem is a technical error at their end rather than anything to do with the vouchers. Many people have stated orders that have been made in the last month and been delivered (before this voucher) have now disappeared yet things from months ago still show.
Also when they Cancel an order it doesn't usually just disappear, it will show Cancelled next to it in red in the order history. And you get a refund notice from Worldpay. Wouldn't worry too much yet, wait until tomorrow comes they might sort their system by then.0 -
I've not read through all the posts here (there are way too many) so I don't know if this has been answered already but my sister is trying to get a voucher but it's telling her to enter a promo code (I left that blank to get mine) but she doesn't know what to enter, I'm sure I saw somewhere to put in '28' but she tried that and it's not working, any suggestions?0

Ghirl, the promotion has been stopped, because people have been abusing it. So you cant get one now, if ya want more info read the last 2 pages or something0

As for the order history page not working correctly, it has nothing to do with this promotion or orders being cancelled. I've been using CD-WOW for years, and this is just something that happens from time to time. Orders don't simply disappear when they're cancelled at any rate -- the text turns red and the status changes to 'cancelled', but the order will remain in your order history.0 -
Got a reply from CD-WOW saying order has indeed been despatched on 5/12 and to allow up to 7 working days. So I guess it is a technical error with the site and everyone's orders are on their way :beer:0

If we're going to get all holier than thou about this I have to point out that there's no distinction between someone ordering 1 or 5 vouchers. The whole thing is based on dishonesty anyway so using one voucher doesn't make you a better person than using 2+ !
That's like saying a person who steals one thing from a shop is less of a criminal than someone who steals two. People need to stop taking these things so personally; there's so much more to life.
