Just had this through from CD Wow in response to my (sternly worded) emails of yesterday and the day before (EDIT: Just a reply to the one email, from the day before, regarding order status. Still nothing through on their mysterious disappearance, though I'd like to hear what they have to say about this.):

Hi Michael,

Thank you for your e-mail, and apologies for the confusion with the
pre-release status. This is an error in our system and the title has been
published.

Stock of this title has actually arrived with our supplier today, and your
order is ready for shipment. You will receive confirmation of dispatch by
e-mail shortly.

I hope this is of assistance. If you need further help, please do let me
know.

Update: Order status is now available on www1.cdwow.com for me... dunno about other servers, but it's still showing pre-release. Wish they'd get their act together!

i can view my orders again now at www13.cd-wow.com. the order i placed on 3rd dec was despatched yesterday 5th dec others placed on 3rd, 4th and 5th dec are showing as pending

edit: now the most recent order i placed yesterday has also been despatched but a couple inbetween are still pending.

I have tried ignoring the promotional code, I've tried 28, captialone etc - still being told invalid??? Can anyone please help??

Can we get the title of this thread edited with "expired" in it? will save a lot of people the time trying to get this to work.
