well if you want a good read look on consumeractiongroup for angieb v hsbc gives me a good laugh every time hehe btw i heard nothing from them until after i started court action but then money was in account within 8 days after i submitted court claim

Despite the website problems I have received 1 of 2 of my orders, yes alright I put in a order for my husband and one for me.

They are savvy enough to realise and assume we won't receive the other one, which is ok by me, as the person requesting the item has now changed their mind for Christmas pressies.

So if you are getting the error messages or blank order screen, take heart you might still receive yours

Got this reply to an email sent to CDwow yesterday:

Of course, as soon as it is dispatched you will receive a confirmation of
dispatch email.


Just checked my order status which is now back again, 1 item showing as despatched, but surprise surprise, no email confirming this, despite advice as above!!

my order has suddenly re-appeared and is showing as despatched yesterday (order placed sunday) but no email to confirm. fingers crossed
