£5 CDWow voucher (EXPIRED)

Hi,

Got my deal or no deal interactive dvd today but I can hear it rattling about in the sealed cd holder. Should I send it back without opening or do you think it will be ok, I am worried it may have been scratched by moving around in the box during transit.

Am I being silly?

Harriet .... Ur dvd will be almost certainly ok, I receive loads of dvds and they quite frequently like arriving "loose" through my letterbox.

I wouldn't worry about it.

I have ordered 5 dvds the other day (3rd) and only 2 out of the 5 have dispactched with the others "Pending Dispatch" does this mean they will probably be cancelled?

Popping the disc in the freezer for 30 seconds usually sorts out skipping. Don't put it in the player while it's still "frosty" though

I was wondering if you went back on the site whether you can check the
' my account ' page. i am not sure about this site but sometimes they list all your transactions, including cost. Good luck.

WELSH-DRAGON, the worldpay email you received after placing your order should show how much was charged and the cd-wow order email should show the original amount, the discount and the total charged. If you didn't receive these I would suggest internet banking if you are able to sign up for it as it allows you to check your statement online. (I'm with HSBC) It has usually shown up on there within a few days of making the purchase. Otherwise I guess you could just ring your credit card company and ask if a payment has been made to cd wow and enquire as to the amount.. Cd-wow have always taken the correct amount on my orders so I doubt you'll have had any problems.
