£5 CDWow voucher (EXPIRED)

Sorry but I don't believe for one minute that you didn't expect to get the £5 voucher. Just my opinion. I am also a capital one customer and there was no minimum spend stated, but I am not a hyprocrite and will admit that I knew the voucher was going to take £5 off instead of £1 because of the thread on here. Mine and my hubbys free cd each has been emailed as dispatched.

My orders have disappeared off the site too, yet the money's been taken out of my account.

Hope they put it back in if they're not going to send the CD's to me.

Same here... sent an email asking about the status, hopefully they'll either dispatch the item (preferable) or just cancel the whole damn order (and refund my money).

Wonder if I have a leg to stand on if they cancel but don't refund my money???

I just checked as if I was a non-member, entering my order number and it said:

No Authorised Orders Could Be Found.

Looks like we won't receive them then.

When I log in there is no history of my order, But I got an email confirming the dispatch earlier today....Do the orders disappear once dispatched?

If money has been taken from your bank accounts, I'm sure they will send what you have ordered. From past experiences I have received goods this way and this seems to be how CDWOW works.

Two days! It seems to take up to a week to receive my items. I'm still waiting for a CD I ordered a couple of weeks ago. Some of the things I have ordered have been shipped from Hong Kong!
