Yep gone from mine to - not sure if that means part of the sites down or if they have cancelled it or are processing it!Just have to sit tight!

They have removed all orders with the vouchers used on them.

If it already said despatched, maybe your in luck, hope so

I know because i went on my brothers account, it has his past orders on but not the one with the voucher

Mine is the same - they are rubbish they never honour anything - next time I won't bother - Its not as if my item was free I was still paying a fair amount!!!

my order history is v strange its got none of the orders that ive made this month or last month on the list its not just this order thats missing for me ive had about 4 orders recently that isnt on my list but ive recieved them lol

Just because you cannot see your pending orders doesn't mean CDWOW have cancelled them. Last week I ordered a few items and I couldn't see that screen. I still got them delivered though.

Although, i just got an email saying my item had been dispatched, even though its gone off my orders

But whats worse, I made another order that I PAID for, and thats gone from my orders!
