Yeah I did some walking over the weekend and lots of fruit, salad amoungs my other food and drink so not too bad. But will be put for dinner tomorrow probably and making brownie cheesecake bars tonight to bring in tomorrow (does it seem strange to anyone else that when it is your birthday you have to bring in cakes?? lol).
Welcome back Olokia! Glad you had a brilliant honeymoonand well done on the minimal weight gain.
I am so hungry today and have no lunch with me. Have to go out and get some plus need to go shopping on my way home as we have no fresh stuff in. I am after more strawberries now! Once I get started on them that is me set for summer!0 -
Hi Everyone - Welcome back Olokia:j
Sounds like we all had a great weekend. Mine was ok - but did end up having a few glasses of wine with the BBq last night. Though did take the time to make SW burgers and onely had the meat and salad (no sausage) . So hopefully will balance itself out. Really want to lose this week - a good loss that is.
Honeymoon sounds fantasic Olokia. Minimal weight gain as well - well done.0 -
Hi all!
Olokia, glad that you had a fab honeymoon!!! And only 4.5lbs gained, amazing!
My muscles needed the weekend off, so I didn't do much exercise - a bit of gardening and some half-hearted free weights and that was it.Didn't eat too much either, there were plenty of sweet treats on offer at my mum's though! I'm back to personal training tonight and tomorrow, less than 7 weeks to go EEEEKKKKK!!!!!

Glad you had a good time Olokia. Just undone my ok- ish weekend by having a cheese sandwich, wotsits and wispa gold for lunch. Knew I didnt want a shake for lunch since I was feeling a bit sick, but I feel bad because my consultant is weighing me tomorrow night.0

Hi Everyone,
The sunshine is great isn't it... but as you say, probably not helping with the diet.
Am panicking a little as may have 1st fitting for my dress next Thursday... instead of the end of June as I thought. Not sure if the size I am at that fitting is roughly how I need to stay. Other people have had their fittings only about 6 weeks before the date. (for full details see my new post on teh subject). Have lost over 1.5 stone since then, but really want to lose more before the wedding at the end of August. Any advice wlcome.0 -
I am vagely hoping for a STS too but won't be too suprised or upset if not. I have got 3 new cook books for my birthday! heehee
I just like food too much.
Am thinking of doing vegetable and halloumi kebabs for dinner with hommus, tziki, pitta and rice that's not too bad. Can't decide lol.
I don't know how you can go to the gym in this weather!0 -
I had my first fitting 4 weeks before the wedding as I wanted to leave it as late as possible due to weight loss. I had a final fitting a week before. I lost a few lb in that time but only a couple or so. I did use an independant seamstress though rather than one connected to the shop so that is how I could leave it as late.0

If the weather stays the same I am hoping to go for a walk this evening. Not sure how long I shoule be aiming for in distance to make a difference - I guess as far as possible.0
