Eek jo I think chips are definitely justified! How awful :(

Well I'm doing ok with the diet...plodding along...not lost any more but not gained either. Not been around here much as been so busy and tired...but y11 are gone now thank god and IT'S HALF TERM!!!

My man was lovely today...had to pop into tesco on the way back from picking him up from the station and i stayed in the car because I was wearing a baggy t shirt with no bra (lol) I asked him to get me some ice cream...he asked if I should be having it on my diet...I said he could decide .......and instead of getting me the ice cream he came out with a stunning big bunch of flowers for me :D I thought it was very sweet...

Well the chips didn't do too much damage... :o

It read on the wii as a stay the same, but BMI when down a bit like last week, n the week before, n the week before! So checked on the page that actually shows weight, n I was down a lb! Yay!:T (all the little too small to show losses added up! :j)

So only 5lb to go until next target, then 1 lb for the 99p effect! Then I reevaluate! :rotfl:

Well done jo!! I haven't weighed this morning but I did yesterday morning and have stayed the same since the other week when I lost 3lbs unexpectedly - but that's ok. I know what you mean about the 99p effect, I am just 'under' a certain number of stones that I was HORRIFIED to go over, and it feels so much better even though I've only lost 3lbs!

Now that I'm feeling well again and have got back into my stride being back at work I really need to start the exercise. I have no excuse - we have a treadmill and I have a Wii fit and various exercise Wii games, and there is a lovely park 5 mins walk from my house. It's really hard to get up the enthusiasm for it when I've been out of the habit for so long but I WILL start doing some! I also cannot wait to come off my medication....just hoping that the weight then really starts to come off much more easily. If it doesn't, and I've been blaming the medicine all this time but actually it's not the reason, I'll be devastated!!

    Yay well done Jo.

I forgot/knew it would be bad so didn't WI this morning! lol.

Yay for coming of your medication Daisie and for the flowers :) how sweet. DH has bought me flowers about 3 times in the whole of our relationship! haha. He does buy me lots of other lovely things though - like my recent R2D2 Mr Beep t-shirt which I love! haha

    Morning Everyone,

Oh poor you Jo - not a good jouney. You deserve the chips. Well done on the weigh in too.

Ah Daisie - Thats great news Dasie :j. And your OH is very sweet. Mine just says no... you can't have such and such :(

Well SW weigh in and lost 1.5lbs - though it did slide between the 1.5 and 2lb loss. Its good, but really wanted to have shifted a bit more.

1st fitting next Thursday  Hopefully i can do something before that... would like to have lost 2 stone, but that means losing 4lbs between now and then:(

Thanks Guys. :) You are all so supportive and are :A

Think i have made the decision just to go on Thursday, try the dress on and gage how it fits now. Speak to the lady about what i'm trying to achieve and see what she can do. It maybe that i have to have another fitting, but so be it. It may well give me the kick up the ... I need to get going and at least I'll have an idea of what she can do in terms of alterations. Does that sound like a cunning plan? The bonus to this is - i get to try my dress on again:T
