I vaguely mentioned at the time we got the dress (sample Size 14) that I wanted to lose weight. But my mum sorted out the fittings with them. Am kind of hoping that I'll be able to go and tr the dress and het some advice on how much more weight I can lose. But then i think I should lose it all first then have a fitting.0 -
I'm having my first fitting next Sat - 5 weeks before the wedding, though ideally I would have it later as I want to lose as much weight as poss!!! :DI've done 5 personal training sessions so far and am feeling more toned! My tummy seems a little bloated atm though, boo. I'm going to visit friends this weekend so am hoping not to eat too much and to go for plenty of walks! Really need to keep up the good work

Oh that is exciting Wanchai! :j I seem to have platowed a bit, need to get my drive back! Although 2 people mentioned that I lost weight to me today! :j I really want I loose, or else I will have lost 1lb in the past month! Need to be re-energised! Think about the bikini on the beach...:T0

Well I think I look quite good in my dress...
so it doesn't help. But my tummy isn't flat, and want to tone up my arms. The rest is just what comes with it!
I kind of do need to tone up thighs etc... They have always been huge! N I am self conscious about them really. But my dress obviously covers them- the bikini doesn't!:T0 -
So were you good Jo? Did you go work hard at the gym?
A client has brought in a big pack of doughnuts for us as 'we need fattening up a bit' plus one of the bosses has bought some mini brownies and caramel shortbread. The kitchen is a danger zone again!!
I have been so bad this week and don't see it getting better while there is still birthday cake etc. I know I should still WI tomorrow so I don't go too off track.0 -

OH was home at 7.30 lat night (Yay! :j) but he thinks he will be late again tonight.so am planning in going swimming in the evening after tea. I hit told by my work colleagues not to loose anymore weight, but I am not going to listen to them! :rotfl: I only want to loose 6-7 more lb. but mostly jut want to tone up!

Yeah it must be. Do they not have it at all or is it broken? Surely with all the membership fees they charge they should have it/fix it quickly!
Poor you being stuck at home while OH works late. That was why I never wanted to work in the city, even though the money is tempting! Too many long hours, lots of back stabbing. I am just not cut out for that haha.
Yeah just gage it from now, see how you look and feel as you go on. You don't want to end up looking drawn. You seem to have the right attitude about toning up rather than it being about weight loss now
Am rather tempted by the kitchen right now. Breakfast was coco pops, lunch is left over spag bol from last night plus carrot cucumber and pepper sticks.0 -
Good for you Jo! I get that too, but I know my own body! I think that people can get a bit funny about others losing weight, don't know why. BTW, think of your OH working late as a plus, it gets you out exercising, whereas if he were at home you might be tempted to stay in and snuggle up with him on the couch :rotfl: Oh and boo to colleagues sabotaging our diets!!!
My third personal training session of the week is this eveningThen I'm off to visit friends for the long weekend tomorrow. There will be drinking
but also long walks .
The Fake Bake is ok today, think if it fades well I will use it for the wedding but apply it 3-4 days before.

Well they are waitin for a part to be shipped over from America- but I would hope it was on a rush order! I may ask about compensation if it carries on... Get some free stuff!
Its not been too bad really, I just wish it was a little more predictable so I could plan around it- how long before I stay stuff it n do what I want regardless of when he is home! I wud never see him!
Well I kind of really want to get to 8st 13 something! But if I start to feel a bit odd / drawn or don't feel right I will up my food, n carry on with the gym. I need to have legs not my tree trunks! :rotfl::T0
