I have no idea how far I walk- I jut walk around for half an hour, then walk back! I kind of go in circles, so hard to measure.:T0

Wow - Am so impressed... 15 mile bike rides, 6 mile walks. :T Well done everyone.
Puts me to shame with my 2.5 mile walk the other daybetter get my finger out. Please motivate me to exercise.
Am feeling fat and fed up at the mo - mainly run down and stressed I think. Not looking forward to weigh in at SW tonight. Think i have gained. Shouldn't have, but thats how I feel. Am still eating my way through tons of fruit and veg and drinking loads of water - but not sure its helped this week

Ah, but a 6-mile walk will take as long as a 15-mile cycle, and probably burn almost as many calories!!

Poor you Hadley. Hope you are feeling better soon. It is really hard to stick to things when it doesn't seem to be working out. Hope you get the boost you need later.
Don't know how I will have done this week. Fingers crossed I have lost 1 lb. We shall see tomorrow morning, before I commence birthday celebrations that evening! heehee.
Arh thanks Jo & Hadley. I won't go just yet but do feel a bit of a fraud as no wedding to plan anymore. It is so strange not having things to do. You're so right, I got up in a great mood this morning knowing that the sky would be blue and it would be warm. No wonder everyone in California is slim and toned!
I'm sure that my bum will be in shreds after this bike ride :rotfl: I'm already feeling the effects from this morning's PT, the guy is a sadist!But it'll all be worth it when we're walking up the aisle looking slim and gorgeous.

Yeah Em, I am a bit worried about WI too! Well obviously not too worried, or I would have turned down the free fab ice cream!

Heehee that's not bad though. I just had some apricot tart and some strawberries. I only had a tiny bit of tart though so not too bad. The strawberries were really yummy so will get some on my way home
I LOVE in season strawberries. Me and DH get through loads of them. At least they are healthy.
