We have been really busy at work lately so not much time to come on here. Healthy eating going ok, much easier to convince myself to walk in this lovely weather. Hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine
Fingers crossed it lasts till the weekend as I am going home for the weekend to see my parents and brother.

Got Yoga tonight.
I think I need it, feeling a bit stressed! But first time, hope I don't embarrass myself! :eek: then I am of 2moro! :j got a power plate taster at 10.30, will do gym after, then swimming/ lunch in the sun.

We are going to go for a family walk on sunday which will be lovely
Hopingto have a BBQ one day too, plus having takeaway tomorrow night with friends and lunch out on Saturday. My birthday celebrations are going to last all week!
Also yay for being able to do some wedding stuff again. We got our thank you cards from the printers on tuesday so I wrote those that evening and sent them yesterday. Then I picked up the dispoable camera prints yesterday and put those in an album. Lots of rubbish ones but some really nice ones too and really capture the relaxed feeling of the evening
Feeling pretty hungry right now though and its ages till lunch0 -
I had my second personal training session this morning - it was fab! He made me work very hard indeed with weights etc, I am really feeling it now! But I am full of energy too
Going back tomorrow morning - 7am eek!!!!!
Jo, yoga is fab for relaxation and you won't embarrass yourself! Everyone will be far too busy concentrating on their own moves to notice what you're doing, I promiseOhh, lucky you being off! xx

Wow that's dedication Wanchai! I seem to remember Rups had a PT in the run up to her wedding too and found it really helpful for motivation.
Thanks, it's not till tuesday but I live in London and my family and some of my friends live where we grew up on the south coast by Brighton so down there for the weekend0 -
I know! I had no motivation to lose weight till I ordered my dress and then all of a sudden it was like AAAAHHHHH I have to do this!!!!! :rotfl: So I've been dieting since Feb, and stepping up the exercise in the last month or so. I've never been so motivated in my life! I've only lost 9lbs so far, but I'm losing inches, so that's way more important. I really want to tone up my arms especially!!7 Feb 2012: 10st7lbs

That's really good
I had already lost a couple of stone when we decided to get married through increased exercise (walking to and from work most days) and healthier eating so I didn't really change that in the run up to the wedding or since (aside from eating TONS on honeymoon lol). Really need to ween myself off this forum now though haha0 -
