I finally braved the weigh in after almost a month - was so afraid as was convinced i had put on weight due to lack of exercise as i had a sore back - although i was still going to Zumba, but was only doing the moves i could - so wasn't as energetic,a nd no exercise for the rest of the week.
Since the weekend, I've been good again
Went for a walk on Friday,
The Beach (including swimming on Saturday!)
Monday -Zumba
Tuesday Running
And today i did my weigh in ad had lost 2lb!Weight loss challenge, lose 15lb in 6 weeks before Christmas.0 -
Woo well done Lazer! Being good today so hopefully my weigh in tomorrow mornin will show that! :rotfl:
N I get my measuring tape out on Tuesday...:T0 -
Oohh long walks are always nice Wanchai! Me and DH are going to go for a walk along an old railway line that has been made into a nature reserve one day this weekend
Complaining sounds like a plan Jo! heehee. It's always nice to be just under a specific stone mark isn't it! Makes you feel much lighter even though you aren't really, it's like prices being £x.99.
Well done Lazer!
Not been to the kitchen yet as I am too lazy and have masses of files on my desk to work through! lol.0 -

Its not been too bad really, I just wish it was a little more predictable so I could plan around it- how long before I stay stuff it n do what I want regardless of when he is home! I wud never see him!
Well I kind of really want to get to 8st 13 something! But if I start to feel a bit odd / drawn or don't feel right I will up my food, n carry on with the gym. I need to have legs not my tree trunks! :rotfl:
I have a fat bum and thighs, I feel your pain!
Yes, make your own plans the odd time, you will feel better for it xxx
Well done lazer, whoop!!!! :T

Hi Guys,
Well done Lazer.:T
And well done Jo - you are working really hard. I am also desperate to tone up my thighs and bum. As you say they are fine under the dress, but not so good in the bikini. Not quite sure how to target them though.
Weigh in later at SW, but not sure I'm doing that well. have been eating really well but just seem to be staying the same. Which at the moment is 10st 12. In the ideal world I would like to be 8 stone something again by my wedding at the end of August 2012.
Have just had confirmation that my 1st fitting is next week  Not going to be able to do much between now and then. But at least I'll be able to see how I now look in it and how much I can lose between then and the wedding. trying to appear calm and collected, but really panicking now. :eek:0 -

it's soo bad thou in the heat without air conditioning!
I was planning to go to the gym on the honeymoon at least every other day. I went there on the first full day and they barely had any air conditioning. Trying to exercise in 25 degree heat was too hard so I never went back. Shame it was quite a good gym.0 -

Use that first fitting as motivation Hadley!!!You have 6 weeks longer than me, I so need to lose at least another half stone in the next 6 weeks. Going to be 100% disciplined foodwise from now on - not even one teeny weeny biscuit/sweet/crisp shall pass my lips!!!!
p.s. my first fitting is next Sat (9th), when's yours?I was planning to go to the gym on the honeymoon at least every other day. Well guys... My diet is out of the window tonight.
Was going home with best intentions, but then someone jumped in front of our train! Don't read on if your of a squeamish nature...
It dragged him/her about 40 feet, but he was still alive, so they had to winch up the train!
Luckily I wasn't there for that bit, and luckily I always choose the back carriage! But it meant I got home 1h45m after leaving work, when it usually takes 20 mins door to door.
So I am having chips- and claiming distress as my excuse! Even though I am actually OK.:T0
