lost 1lb - yippee!
and a day off when the weather is nice so i'm off out on the mountain bike this morning

I lost half a pound. I am a little disappointed, but my OH said as I have been gymming so much I have probably put on muscle. N I am struggling a little less to do the exercises- so I am assuming he is right!
I will get out the tape measure tonight and see what I have lost measurement wise since last year.... The goal I gave at the gym was to loose an inch, so should probably find out where I am at the start!

I somehow managed to loose 2 lb!! So pleased!!Will stick to being good
I realised that in the last 12 weeks I have lost 12 lb overall so pretty happy with that(only realised as I had to get a repeat prescription haha). It is all going in the right direction, just need to stick with it.
Breakfast was porridge. Lunch is left over spag bol again and an apple (yesterdays one which I didn't eat ha) and a banana. No idea about dinner. Will need to have a think.0 -

Well done to all those that have lost.
I lost a lbAm happy with that, but would have liked more. I need to look stunning in that dress.
Still not too bad as only had fruit and veg since Wednesday when I went shopping and AF arrived about 10 mins before I got weighed. I just need to speed up the process. Exercise here I come. I need to be losing about 2lb a week.

Just don't expect to loose loads when you first exercise Hadley!
I know I only lost half a pound but I feel like I'm making a difference. All my work clothes are now too big, trousers need to be taken in. I am now in the annoying bit between 2 sizes....
Hopefully the exercise will push it along a bit quicker, not really that bothered about weight, it's just a good indicator of size! Size is what really matters!:T0 -
I find clothes to be a good judge - so you may not have lost a huge amount of weight but your clothes fit better. That said I still like the numbers to keep going down! haha0

Well For the first couple of weeks of 'hard' excersise I expect to build muscle. Then it starts to replace the fat. So the fact that the numbers still go down is a good sign!:T0

Yeah, I am getting in the swing of it. Felt really bad on Wednesday when I didn't go.
not goin today tho, bcos its Friday! Heading into the city to meet OH and going for drinks!
I will be good and have diet coke tho!
