Well it feels ok as long as I don't stress it. But it hurt so much yesterday that I am even unsure about swimming incase I make it worse. Really don't want to have actually damaged it already!!! So I am just going to go home an resist the biscuits.... I don't really have a choice!

Oh thats a neat trick Brigtside :rotfl: I need to think of something to do with crisps.

Looking forward to this evening, but still need to check my mum's house (she is still on holiday), and then go shopping in Tesco, before I can get home and chill. Have just realised as well, that I have left the list I spent ages putting together for SW items etc at home :( So I have no real idea what I need. Don't know if I am coming or going at the mo. Its a pain as i had a whole list of things for recipes - so gods knows what I'll end up eating now. :rotfl:

Oh no how irritating Hadley! I hate it when I do that, it is so frustrating.

I have given in an had a couple of florentines, but they are only 43 calories each and I didn't have a rocky bar today so that's ok.

Going to make pasta with tomato sauce for dinner I think.

Resting today sounds like a good idea Jo. Don't push yourself too hard.

My name is Lisa and I am a crispaholic...I have gone off crisps for lent and so far I have not had any. I managed to do it last year ok too but after Easter Sunday I know I will be back on them big style. Cold turkey is the only thing that works for me :(

    I LOVE crisps:heartsmil

We could have a day trip to the crisp factory I work in regularly, that'll put you off.

I was a total crispaholic until the feb 2010, when I first went there, and have never eaten a crisp again. I can't bear the smell at all and make H2B put the windows down if he eats them in the car.

i went out with all the biker mates last night and had 2 diet cokes even though i wasn't driving and avoided all chips and sandwiches. Luckily someone put loads of salt on the chips so that removed that temptation straight away.

First weigh in day tomorrow:eek: that'll be interesting

Oh wow! Can we all go?! Then just need someone to arrange a trip to a chocolate factory..... Wait.... Nope I really don't think that will work. Unless greedy fat kids really do fall in the chocolate! That may put me off!

Haha I would love to go to a chocolate factory! I floated the idea of having my hen party at Choccywoccydodah to my BM but not sure if she took it as a serious suggestion. That said I would probably put on half a stone in a day and undo months of hard work haha.

From the look of the massive pile of files that has been left on my desk I won't be on here much today so hope everyone has a good day. I had porridge for breakfast and have got last nights left over spag bol for lunch with an apple and banana.

    Morning Everyone,

Thats a brillent idea Bright - can we go!! I am trying to be good - but they call to me. I am with you Lisa.. I must confess an addiction.

I am lucky that I am not that bothered about chocolate, its just anything savoury and salty especially.:(

I now have a fridge full of food, but most of it for the OH and kids as didn't want to go too mad without the list. Still do have some fruit after about a week:T And as our SW group has moved to venue nearer to me for this week, I am thinking about walking to it - might help at the weigh in (can you tell I'm a bit worried :rotfl: ). I'll have lost 3lbs - honest.
