    I had birthday cake for breakfast (oops...), then banana, strawberries and yogurt for lunch and I've just made smoked haddock fishcakes ready for dinner later. They're a Cook Yourself Thin recipe and only 133 cals for 2 - I'll have them with peas and spinach so a very low cal dinner there! No exercise today as I'm all achey and tired after doing 45 mins yesterday. Slow and steady wins the race!...I hope!

    Make that 5 biscuits. :o instead of my 2 Jaffa cakes before the gym tho... Waiting for bus now. :) OH told me yesterday that I don't need to go to the gym every day... I had to explain if not I come home and eat! Even if I just use sauna/ steam room m hot tub that will burn cals- as opposed to watching tv with a biscuit or 5! Which will most def result in me putting on!

    Nah Hadley... Let them survive on their own- call it tough love!

    johanna, if there were biscuits in my house I would have eaten more than 5 by now AND not been to the gym....so by my weird logic you're doing ok! :)

    Well there is not lovely biscuits at home.... But people bring them in to work and I just can't resist! *sigh*

    But I would just have 5 rich teas with a cuppa.... (even tho i am not hungry) So gym it is!

    Thanks Jo. I have infact come home as felt really bad in the car. Might go and get the pjs on and see if there is anything worth watching on the old box. Can't think why I feel so rough though - feel sick, hot one minute, cold the next, a bit achey and dizzy. :(

    OH will have to cobble something together - or he have some sort of takeaway.

    Lost 1lb this week. Kind of slid off the wagon a bit! Its just so yukky want to sit in my duvet and have something yummy and a glass of red! However, i cant backtrack now so just going to the gym. Tried my dress on yesterday, love it! Needs taken in though, yey!

    Five biscuits isn't bad if you are going to the gym Jo. I had a mini florentine earlier but it was only 47 calories. Also just had a packet of crisps after giving blood (which was a complete waste of time as they couldn't get a whole pint out - it was going too slow. They kept moving the needle around to try and get it to flow better, bloody hurt! And I already have a bruise :( )

    Not sure what to do for dinner. Will go and have a look in a minute. Have a feeling it will be something lazy...

    I totally understand the not being at home alone with biscuits.

    We've just had jerk chicken with rice and beans for tea, maybe not the most slimming food but I made it as healthy as I could, but i've had salad and fruit all day apart from cornflakes with a splash of milk very early this morning

    really missed my lunchtime walk as I was out in crisp factories all day

    Emm - your experience of giving blood sounds like mine. Apparently my veins are too small... well there not too small, as they keep me going :rotfl:

    Anyway, have lots to do, so had better get on. Need to go out at lunchtime and get some fruit or something as haven't had any for days.:o
