I really don't want porridge...
someone had sausage in the office this morning, n now that I all I can smell. I REALLY want a bacon/ sausage roll!! I suppose if I get hungry enough I will want the porridge....
:T0 -
Oh bacon/sausages - yum yum. Can I have one please!:)
Seriously Jo - try and resist. You have been so good. Porridge is yummy too. I have a yoghurt and pear for brekkie - should have something soon.0 -
Ok- I resisted. Didnt enjoy it tho! Only ate half n then had some Jaffa cakes.
I looked on my app n it appeared that a sausage roll was 450 cals! so that made it easier to turn down!:T0 -

I went to a chocolate factory a couple of weeks ago (Cadbury World) and it is a bad idea. I got given 3 chocolate bars and two (small) cups of melted chocolate to eat.
I finally had that Bhut Jolokia curry sauce that I've been meaning to have for a couple of months. It is meant to the spicier than vindaloo and it even has a warning label on the jar saying it is very spicy. It was ok, I've had spicier before at my local chinese restaurant so was a little disappointed. Nice flavour though.0 -
Mmmmm melted chocolate! I am sooo going to have a cup once I am married! Pity we have no chocolate during the wedding day really.... :rotfl::T0

Hi Guys,
Can someone give me a shove... I am debating whether or not to go out for a walk at lunchtime. It looks so nice out of the window, but have lots to do and its not really a nice place just to walk round. I don't need to buy anything and can't really afford it if I did.
So maybe I should just stay here and eat my lunch... will definately walk to the SW meeting (well if I get back in time) that should be a good 20 mins fast or 30 mins slow and then teh same back. Its got to help.0 -
get yourself out for a change of scenery, even if it is just for 10 minutes it'll do you good
i'm going out for a good walk at lunchtime, i'm lucky to have some beautiful walks around here, but it's too wet for those today so i'm stuck with walking along the main road to the next village and back.
the fresh air will do me good as I have a meeting with the directors this afternoon. Have decided I'll need a day off tomorrow to recover. When you're chewing on life's gristle, don't grumble, give a whistle.
:whistle:0 -
Oh Olokia was it good?? I really want to go but it is a bit far for us. I agree that melted chocolate near a wedding dress is a bad combination!!
I have finally got through the mountin of files that were on my desk so now can pop out to sort a couple of bits during lunch. Really feel like some chocolate but must remember it is weigh in day in the morning and I have baking to do later (which inevitably requires some testing of the produce haha)0 -
.... Now that's a trash the dress shoot I would enjoy doing!!:T0
