Well thanks o Brights kick, I have been for a short walk. It was really nice to get out, but now that I am back indoors I seem to have developed a headache0

I had some malteasers at lunch...
Today I have had/ will eat:
B- half a cup of porridge & 3 Jaffa cakes - 233 cals
L- ritz crackers with laughing cow & malteasers - 377
S- cereal bar - 97 cals
That equals 707 cals, leaving 493 for tea. But I haven't marked my excersise yet, which will be at least 150. (I only count the measurable cardio).
What is a good pre-weigh in meal?:T0 -
Oh Olokia was it good?? I really want to go but it is a bit far for us. I agree that melted chocolate near a wedding dress is a bad combination!!
I have finally got through the mountin of files that were on my desk so now can pop out to sort a couple of bits during lunch. Really feel like some chocolate but must remember it is weigh in day in the morning and I have baking to do later (which inevitably requires some testing of the produce haha)
It was good but only worth going to if you are in the area or you have kids.0 -

I have had a mini florentine and some peppermint bark but only little bits so not too bad.
I am considering making chilli with jacket potato (maybe even a sweet potato one) for dinner.0 -
We only have one sweet potato... May have a quorn chilli wrap tho... Then we can have chicken fahjeeta tomorrow!

We only have one sweet potato too but OH would definately not eat it! haha so he can have a normal potato.
We have had all our guests menu choices now. All my female friends are wimping out of trying haggis and having the veggie starter instead. Knew they would lol. Glad to have it sorted now though. Just got to finalise the seating plan and music now. So close to being sorted!

Haha it is peppermint chocolate, topped with white chocolate truffle fudge and then tiny bits of smashed up candy cane scattered on top. I love mint chocolate so think it is yummy. But not so good for the diet.
Will be good this evening and just get OH to 'test' the baking! haha0 -
Oh I see - that makes sense now.
Anyway, just wanted to say goodnight now ladies as need to leave at 5 to make sure I can get back in time for SW. Will update the weigh in details tomorrow.0 -
