LOL @Jo.. well done megan
keep on going.. actually its true Jo, if OH gets more determined than me to lose weight, then i ACTUALLY get worried but because he is rather chilled out about it, so am i! maybe i can use this chance to 'beat' him to it. hehehe. i do have to tell him to stop eating as i will hear stuff going on in the kitchen and when i go in, he has a full mouth of something sweet.

Morning All,
Well done to those who have lost.
I was going to get weighed early last night at SW as had christmas meal on Thursday (usual SW day), but now that has been cancelled, so back to normal.
Had a good evening food wise as had steak and SW chips and veg - all syn free on SW... the 2 glasses of wine I had, however, are not
But hey, you need a nice glass of red with a steak. I still want to try following the diet 100% - but to be honest, not sure I'll be able to do that until after christmas. :rotfl:
I need to lose 3.5lbs to have lost a stone... would love to do that in one week. But guess that would mean I'll have to not eat or drink for next couple of days.

Thanks Rups.
no couldn't give my wine up ... at least SW does let you have syns:rotfl:
need to get myself in to gear as really want to be down to a size 8/10 (am about a 14 now) in time for wedding in August. Think I would need to lose another 2.5/3 stone to get there. Guess something has got to give. :rotfl:0 -
Thank you - I feel a fraud though as I have never eaten this much! I did, however, cut back on wine - I only drank on Friday and Saturday evenings and not that much. I have all but given up bread and other wheat products. I do feel less bloated, although I really could murder some bread. Breakfast I have started having a grated apple, no fat yogurt and some dried fruit mixed up. It is suprising how filling it is. I have upped my excercise and increased the intensity too. I have 17 weeks to go, so if I loose an average of 2lbs a week that is over 2 stone, so I am happy with that. Too much weight loss and my dress wont fit!
Hadley, think how pleased you will be when you get to a stone, that is a great loss!
