  • Welcome to the thread Kiim! :hello:

Only advice I would give is to not ban anything, just view certain foods as treats. I (try to :o) only eat sugary foods and junk food at weekends or on special days like my birthday or Christmas. The plan I'm following is called the No S Diet and it's very simple, allows you to choose what you eat rather than prescribing meals or ingredients, and is free to follow :money:

A lot of people on here are doing Weight Watchers, Slimming World, or just generally watching what they eat, so whatever works for you, really!

It is difficult when you work odd hours; I used to work shifts and found it really hard to eat normally, and ended up putting on about a stone in six months!

    Good luck with your goal!

ohh interested!!! where yougetting soup ordered from? Tescos? i hate those packet ones, as they are not filling, so i was telling hubby that i will start making some and he laughed. i know. i am so funny! hehe. :p yesterday we both actually said to each other, we need to make conscious effort to lose weight as his belly's getting big and i am just getting big anyway. hehe.. esp my belly..bit broke so cant afford any PT sessions, so once i feel 100%, back to gym and then try and eat well. will def soup it if can find interesting filling ones. i love the covent garden ones, but they are expensive. ;(

I'm too poor for the covent garden soup so have been buying the cans of heinz from Tesco when they're on offer. There's something quite comforting about cream of tomato soup - reminds me of being little and coming in from making a snowman.

Wish this cold would go away now. It's moved from my head into my chest, so I breathe like darth vader and get out of breath too quickly to work out. Everyone in the office is sick too, but they're so strict on sick leave here that they're all in the office spreading it around. I need to work out. I'm now back to being a size 14 in jeans.

  • I will have the tomato for lunch! :)

Welcom to the thread Kiim :)

Soup is really good as can get lots of veg in it and is nice and filling. I need to look through my cook book and make some. We need to do a food order but I want to look through all my cook books and get relevant ingredients rather than just the same old stuff all the time. Will look when I get home and then do the order.

I am really hungry already :( may give in to a snack soon.

I wasn't very good over the weekend :( oopppss.
