ok I checked the bag.. in 200g of butterkist toffee popcorn, there are 830 kcals. even if tired i cant just eat half the bag today!

I think the cinema stuff is worse tho as you can't tell how bad it is! The shop brought stuff u can tell and then eat accordingly!:T0

haha yes i wish none.. thats how i used to eat it years ago. no wonder i became so big!!!! yes you are right about getting stuff from the shop, as you can monitor at least. I'm still on Amazon, hoping to get an amazing deal like the GHD's again. KitchenAid at 6pm I might go for but probably not and then there is a big console section (probably) between 7 and 8. Then hoping for the galaxy tab at 9.
But right now there isn't that much.
