I love apple! Although I hate windows, so it's more of a default!! Don't love their prices! Although I have never paid full price because of student discounts!:T0

Thanks johanna! You're probably right about going too crazy on low calories and too much exercise. I hadn't even considered a wrap - that's a great idea! I don't mind at all that it's temporary - I just need it to work for a day or so.

The only Apple product I've owned is an iPhone and that was because the other smartphones hadn't been released yet.
I don't like the fact that I can't change anything with it. On holiday we take a spare phone battery so we have double the length of time the phone is on. You can't do that with an iPhone.0 -
hey ms, u are doing good.
maybe go to Holland and Berrets and get some appetite suppresants as you will eat less then.
i still havent finished my months supply of those tablets. i def feel less hungry nowdays but since i am not getting enough sleep and am always tired, that is def affecting my diet. put it this way (despite my quesiton about the scales today), i have not gained immensly and will lose, and gain in bits and thats all due to how badly i crave sweets (which i dont, but have had them for the sake of it). they are good though. i dont think iw ill buy a second supply and will see how i do without them for a week when i stop. only once or twce, after the gym have i felt so ravenous but other days, i get hungry at the right times. so they must be good.

they cost around 30 pounds.
if i bought those everymonth i would be annoyed at myself lol. but i def feel different hunger wise. its when i sit around at work and get bored, i just want food. yesterday this girl said to me that i can have a treat everyday and i had to say that if i dont fancy it, why should i just force it, because thats what i have been doing! Yeah, I kind of got into a rut like that before. If I hadn't eaten my full calorie allowance for the day, I'd raid the cupboards for snacks in the evening to make sure I'd made full use of it. :rotfl: Now I don't snack unless I really want it. It's kind of liberating!0

Friday weigh in - Stayed the same. BUT that is only since Tuesday as I didn't dare weigh myself last week! I will get a better idead on Monday at SW. Still not conviced all this eating can be right!
I have only had one slice of bread this week and 1/2 glass of wine since Sunday, so I had better have lost at least 2lb by Monday. Otherwise I might be tempted to go on the bread and wine diet...
I have been quite bad with treats though, so it will serve me right if I haven't.
£31? I'd quite like to loose that in lbs, never mind save it on some Apple product!
