It's a Covent Garden Food Company one called 'A soup for everyday'. I got it for my birthday but haven't actually tried any yet; I tend to eat soup in winter so will make some from it soon.
Well my some small miracle I have stayed the same!!(I admit my BMI has gone up slightly but no lbs!) Thank goodness for Edinburgh hills! Must have been the walking around that somehow managed to balance out the masses of food. Very happy
Edit: Plus I got ID'd when buying OH a bottle of wine on the way home
These two things have massively improved my mood. I had even bought myself a massive bag of crisps to make me feel better about what I had expected to be inevitable weight gain after the weekend which I am no longer tempted by!0 -

Well done Emm and Slow you are doing so well.
I managed to lose 1.5lbs at fat club :j need to shift another 3.5lbs then have managed a stone. My Crimbo wish is to lose a stone and half by then... umm only 4 weeks to go, so not sure I'll do that. But you never know.... it would mean losing about 2.6lbs a week.0 -
