Wow that really isn't the kind of 'support' you need is it?! If anyone was like that to me I would be really angry and eat all the more just to show I could and it is up to me what I do or don't eat (however that wouldn't really be all that helpful as I would be cutting off my nose to spite my face as it were)

So hungry today! Quite some time till lunch though

ohh we just got told about our xmas party, at some nice bar in London.. time for new outfit? hehe

olokia, thats not nice at all. :-( i hated hubby's aunt who told me that i should only be eating lettuce as i need to be a nice slim bride. i told her i dont do lettuce! grrr

I have my outfit for work Xmas party. I am wearing the same one I wore for OH graduation last year.... Wore it on his birthday, and pleased to say it fitted better than last year! We are heading to London Bridge area. didn't want to buy new clothes... I have enough dresses that I don't wear as it is!!

I've also just been told about my Xmas party. Same chinese place as I went to a leaving do last week.

I think it is the same day as my neighbour's christmas thing with mince pies and mulled wine. I am hoping to be able to go to both as they have only just moved in and I would like to meet them properly.

Am feeling very pleased with myself - have just ignored teh birthday cakes and had a pear instead... very very yummy. and am now sitting here eating my lovely syn free lunch.

umm anyone would think I'm getting weighed later. :rotfl:

Love to say I can avoid temptation all the time, but unfortunately not true. Although am definately helped in this office as most people have a sweet tooth so its usually cakes not lovely savoury stuff.

We go to a nice hotel in Cockfosters for our christmas meal so am looking forward to that, but as we go at lunch time, after spending the morning at work I don't really have an excuse to get all dresses up. Will just wear a nice, but still smart, dress to work that day.

Am having my lunch now; have got carrot, cucumber and pepper sticks, couple of breadsticks, some pineapple and yogurt coated blackcurrants. Yummy. Did have some garlic bread bite things earlier too as was starving.

That is a point though as we will be at work too. ours is like next week so i am not sure. i might just actually recycle what i have, as if i buy a party dress, who knows when i can wear it again. hmmm.. was checking the DP site, and was going mad.. 'have some control'.

ok for lunch i had, my fav chicken tikka fiery special in a ciabatta and a packet of Discos. I am soooo predictable. hehe and oh a 500ml bottle of fanta. erm i know.... i need the fizz to wake me up!

well done Hadley. :0) its so hard to say no. i am trying my BESt to avoid some tea cakes and those marshmallow treats with chocolate around them!! i can do it esp as have had my fair share of sweet (fanta)
