hehe.. no worries.. i feel like that with muesli, even though i know its healthy. cant stand raisins. yuck!
jo i see what you meant, and that makes sense, but with me, if anyone 'tried' to help me, i get really wound up and want to kill them lol. before the wedding, when hubby used to eat naughty food and i fancied some, he would tell me i dont need it, otherwise would look like one of those fat brides on a dodgy channel 4 programe. lol. its when someone tells me 'you should eat....' and i just want to kill them.. i am not aggressive. I promise.

Thanks - but thats the one good thing... I don't really like chocolate. Though am now craving salty foods... nice cheese and onion crisps.
No need to be good till at least tonight. Depending on how well (or otherwise) I do later might have a small reward.

I am really bad at choosing the good option if there is a bad one there! It's just so much nicer, haha its not even that 'cos if there was only the healthy option I would eat it and probably enjoy it but if the unhealthy option is there I always want that one! I have to not buy things I like treatwise as if they are in the flat I can't exercise self control and have, say one a day, I eat them all in one go and then want more!
