I can't really say anything because there are 10 of us and everyone else prefers fatty stuff. Anyway he is supposed to be on a diet himself.... If it had just been him, OH and me then I would have said something.
I did say to my weightloss nurse that I should stop going because of the food and she said don't stop. It is better to still have a social life and eat more than get annoyed with the diet because it is stopping me doing stuff. I just have to try and have smaller portions and less of the snacks when I am there and be really good the rest of the week. I can also look forward to Wednesdays to help me stop eating the bad stuff0 -

when i first started SW, my ex was so mean. i used to make sure i ate quorn snacks (which were sooo yummy) and would take themon a long trip, and then he used to buy KFC's all the time and force me to have that. ;(

I'm finding it difficult because we take a morning and afternoon tea break in work, and I nearly always have something to eat - but not anymore!
Yes, and also for seconds! Except on days starting with 'S' :Saturday, Sunday, and special days (birthdays, Christmas, etc). Nice and simple; I cannot get the hang of calorie counting, so cutting out sugary things, except as a treat, and watching portion sizes should be enough!

Rups it is so much harder when the person you are with doesn't help or give any encouragement. My OH is normally goods and encouraging but sometimes tempts me to be naughty if he has eaten lots of naughty things and wants to make himself feel better lol.

b - cheerios with skimmed milk
s - apple, 10 almonds
l - 2 sausages, 1 spoon of mash, carrots and gravy.
t - lean mean juice - tweaked it slightly and tasted so much better.
