Yeah - we only confess loss or gain. I couldn't bring myself to add the actual weight. :o

I have to confess I haven't yet followed the plan 100% - was going to try and do it this week, but its been such a crap week at work that I have been driven to drink. :o But must of that has been under my syns.

I'm going to try avoid alcohol until Saturday, but I strongly suspect it wont happen!

I wont confess actual weight - 'massive' will suffice.:rotfl:

i could join online, but i do prefer the going there and working as a team and weighing in, as sometimes, i dont even trust my scales (or me for that matter). i think i will start putting my actual weight down here as that way i can be embarrased for 1. being big and 2. not losing anything!!!

You could try using scales in a boots shop? They would be more accurate - I used to use them years ago when I first did WW. Then put your weight on here if that helps?! No more shameful than letting the lady who weighs you at fat club see, or the leader?!

Once I get into the swing of it then I think I might try doing that. Give you all a laugh, if nothing else...

I only say what I have lost/gained too. Don't want to admit how much I weigh, lol. I know I will have put on this week but had such a lovely weekend I don't care!

Today I have had porridge for breakfast; back to being good :)

  • Morning!

    Hope everyone is well :)

I've decided to copy slowlyfading and confess what I eat each day, to motivate me, at least for a few weeks!

    Yesterday:
    b: toast and butter
    l: packet of super noodles
d: minute steak, with potatoes and squash (similar to butternut squash) roasted in olive oil, and gravy

This morning I had porridge with semi-skimmed milk, 1/2 teaspoon of honey and chopped dried apricots - it was yum.

Drank tea all day, so need to up my plain water intake - not easy when it's blimmin' cold though!

I have so far resisted the biscuits H2B brought back with us from Dorset at the weekend; I had one on Sunday, and that's it! :D Wonder if he'll have left any for me by the weekend..... :rotfl:

  • It was ok actually. Reasonably priced, and gave a good selection of food. Had to follow it completely though, even if I didn't like some of the meals. But I still eat some of the meals that are on there, that I hadn't had before.
