    I had beans on toast for lunch and then haven't had anything since which is better than this morning.

    Jo; I don't know how you manage to throw chocolate away. I don't think I could ever do that! haha

    Rups; why not go to the gym for an intensive 20 mins or so then you have been good but not wasted too much time?

    I'm really bad around christmas too..

    Well, back on the wagon today!

    b - cheerios with skimmed milk
    s - apple, 10 almonds
    l - chicken and sweetcorn sandwich, LF vanilla yogurt
    s - Co$ta hot chocolate :)
    t - lean mean juice (definitely an acquired taste...)

    Got my first fitting on Saturday... :eek:

    First day on SW and I am stuffed. How can this possibly work?

    bacon, eggs and beans for breakfast

    veg soup, carrots, hoummous and ham for lunch

    Roast chicken, mash and loads of veg for tea

    Am I doing something really wrong? Apart from the Christmas cake muffin I tried...
