Hi White,
Good to see you. Sounds like you a in a positive mind frame again now. So well done.
Am trying to think positive and am feeling really pleased with myself as one of my colleagues told me how slinky I am looking.
Have a long way to go, but I am going to do it.0 -

Wedding diet started today, after a week of celebrating!
So far I've ate
A spoonful or 2 of Special K (Wasn't in the mood for breakfast this morning)
A brown bread ham sandwich for lunch
I went to the canteen for morning and afternoon tea break, but only had a cup of tea, instead of the usual sausage roll, scone or toast etc.
Now i just have to keep up the good work once i go home!Weight loss challenge, lose 15lb in 6 weeks before Christmas.0 -
I did it - I went to SW. Now I just have to understand the books...
Came home and have started making Christmas cakes and chocolates (Practice for wedding) though - perhaps I need a little more dedication to the cause?

Hope your first SW meeting went well. LOL at making cakes and chocolates straight afterwards! I assume they're for presents, or to be eaten at Christmas? In that case your dedication is soundMarrying my lovely man on 1st September 2012

Yep - one cake for Christmas day at parents and one for keeping here when guests come over. Chocolates will be saved for Christmas and given out as gifts. I need to practice them before MArch.

Hi everyone
I have had an excellent weekend with loads of wedding planning :j but also lots of naughty (but oh so yummy) food!
I will be good again from now on. Hope everyone had a good weekend too.0 -
morning all.
well done to everyone who has lost weight and those who have been so good! :0)
had a 'headache' yesterday so stayed at home and wanted to be in bed. I still didnt catch up on sleep and still feel knackered today. :-(
food-wise, i am slacking loads, and i really think i should join some sort of group, but no SW near me that is convenient so i am not sure what to do as me trying to motivate myself is not helping. Think feeling tired and sleepy is making me eat bad stuff. yesterday, as i washed up, i managed to use my mouth to lift out aero bubbles from the packet and eat them.i managed to turn down custard and mince pies later though. i can be good during the week, but i dont know what happens to me during weekends. i saw my mum and we went for shopping to east london, and then we ended up having fried cassava chips etc etc.. uggghhh.. dont want to think about it and am wondering what to do now!!!!
want to also start a nutrition course as i have always wanted to do that. i def dont want tomiss yoga today but have a training meeting at 2!! i have to rush around that means :-(Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!
Little Kung fu bubba due on the 24th of December 2012. :j
Cutie pie Andre born on the 3rd of January 2013 via C-Section. :-) :j0 -
Oh dear Rups try not to get disheartened. Have you looked into WW? They may have groups near you.
I was so bad over the weekend, what with cake tasting and eating out for practically every meal (although we did lots of walking so I am kidding myself that isn't too bad lol) and today I am at home waiting for the tv to be collected and am finding it really hard to get back to being good.0
