I'm not sure I've posted in here before, but wanted to check in!
I've been doing Slimming World, and have lost 6 stone 1lb so far!
I bought my wedding dress from Monsoon last night, and managed to fit into a size 12!!!
I'm 13lb away from target, and my dress currently fits where it touches. So I have 13lb to lose by June next year!

Finally can use some scales again and I'm happy to say that my bad week last week didn't do anything to my weight and I stayed the same :j
Hopefully can lose a 1lb or 2 by Friday when I weigh in with my nurse.0 -

Ellie - Can I please have some tips. I am doing SW and have lost about 9lbs since mid September, but to be honest have not follwed it 100% once yet. Though am quite happy as have lost some thing nearly every week without feeling i'm on a diet. I struggle when I don't have time to cook - i.e. snacks.

I have decided to give sw a try and there is a class tonight. I have duly stuffed my face all weekend - to get rid of the naughties, obviously - and from tonight I will transform into a SW girl.

SW is definately helping me. Though have to confess I was rather naughty last night... a couple of glasses of red vino.I do fine it easier to be good during the week, than the weekend. Still trying to picture myself - looking stunning and slim in my lovely dress.

Hi all,
Well done to everyone who has been working hard on being healthy.
As for me, not so good.....I've basically eaten like a complete glutton in the last month or so, and have put on 3lb. I've given myself a little pep talk, and have re-read a lot of the No S Diet website to inspire me.
Starting today, I'm being very strict with the rules, and have started a habitcal calendar (on no s website), which tracks how well I do each day.
I also spoke to H2B, who has even more of a sweet tooth than I do, and has been bringing home all sorts of naughty goodies in the last few weeks, and we agreed that such things are only allowed in the flat at weekends and on special days!
Also need to up my exercise a bit, so more walking, and there's lots to do on my allotment over the winter to get it ready for Spring, so that'll help too. Not sure what else to do; it needs to be free, and jogging is out because of a dodgy knee.
