I did bad too.
had physio yesterday and now I am aching!! Muscles are screaming! On the bright side if they hurt this much today it had to count as exercise yesterday!! So yesterday I ate 1503 cals, an burnt an extra 253 with physio! Need to be sooo good for the rest of the week... I will NOT go back over my hump!
:T0 -

How was Edinborough tho Em? (no idea how to spell it!) Did you get everything done you wanted to?:T0
-
She showed me how I should be running, so 10 mins on the treadmill, but 5 running this new way. It's meant to be better on your body, but it is hard work cos it's muscles you don't usually use as much. I then did loads of squats and stuff, have trouble getting into a chair today!:T0

ah i remember all that. i was refused the treadmill so i did cycling, a bit on the trampoline (THAT WAS FUN) and squats and stretches:0) ok this is bad.. i have decided not to go for yoga as i have a meeting at 2 and i will be rushing back!! i need help badly.. i dont even have money to go to that hot personal trainer anymore.Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Edinburgh was amazing thanks Jo :j
We met two florists on Friday, one was brilliant (who we will be using) and the other was rubbish. Plus we met our photographer, who is really nice and friendly - very happy with our choice there.
Saturday we went to three bakers and tested cakes (yummy!). We really liked two, even though we would get completely different cakes from each.
Sunday we explored Edinburgh, which involved loads of walking but it is so beautiful
Monday we went to the venue and saw inside the house. It is lovely and the view from the ceremony room is amazing!
I am so excited now just want it to be April! lol.
Oh dear, I just ate a whole packet of fig rollsopps. I hate being stuck at home waiting for deliveries/collections

Hello !
New poster and would love to join this diet thread.
After years of depression (recently been told I have bipolar)
Comfort eating, drinking too much and spells of agoraphobia, I now am sorting my life out and going out and doing my weekly Zumba and need to lose loads of weight.
I need inspiration to keep going and get into my wedding dress.
Wedding is early 2013
I now weight 20 stoneand am a size 24/26
I used to be 21. 7lb
I am trying to eat sensibly and walk a lot.
Chocolate and treats, like chips or takeaways, is my downfall. A bad mood takes over and I turn to food - not a good idea!
I would love to be a 16/18 on my wedding day
I have good days and bad days, but have to get rid of all this weight.
It's from a bad time in my life and I am determined to get slimmer and healthier
And thanks for any help along the way0 -
welcome kaylee...:0) we do our best here to motivate each other.
I also seem to enjoy a bit of food when in a weird mood etc, and that is what i am trying to get out of. a friend recently said she is doing a nutrition course and that had immediately made her aware of what she is eating and she was forcing me to eat nuts. hehe.. i am going to enrol for that and also see if can join WW or something..:0) i think joining is something like slimming world, weight watchers is good as they do allow naughty things in moderation so its not giving up at all. i try and keep saying to myself that i should eat sweet and then when i get my hands on cakes etc, i go mad. ;( well not that mad, but i end up feeling guilty!!! grrr
welcome again.Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Thank you rups!
I have just finished a healthy eating course (by the NHS) and that was great.
I can read food labels now and it's shocking how much sugar and fat is in some foods. No wonder it's addictive!
I've done slimming world and weightwatchers, lost a lot of weight, but when I get down, and my weightloss slows down, I am my own worse enemy and give up, then put it all back on, and more.
But where I live, the consultants weren't very good. Other people I know have said the same.
They just wanted your money and they never gave me proper support to carry on. They didn't have the time and I think I need to be more active to lose weight, instead of sitting in a meeting for a fiver, spent it at the gym or on Zumba and have fun and tone up0 -
HI Everyone,
Welcome to all the newbies. And sounds like you had a great time Emm - very jealous.
Am still trying to be good, but trying to force myself to go out at in a mo and have a little walk. But its foggy and miserable out there - so struggling. It wouldn't be much exercise, but it would be something. Just going up and down the stairs should help the old thighs. :rotfl:
Just trying to remember that I am trying to lose 1/2 stone by Crimbo. Please kick me.....:rotfl:0
