Another idea - if you have a friend (Or more) who would like to loose weight then do it together. Once you get over the initial embarrassment of standing on the scales - boots for accuracy - it would be fine. You could put the money you would have spent in a pot and then split it at Christmas/birthdays etc on a treat.

May GC - £100 per week
    Week 1 - £120/£100 , Week 2 £110/100:o, Week 3 £110/£100:mad:, Week 4 £50/100Week 5

    DFW - March '13 - c/c £5600, April £4500, May £2500 :T
  • It can also add the stuff you need to your shopping list if you order online. Which I found very helpful! Think I may look into it again after Xmas. Going away and eating out round family etc too much in December!

First 2 days of the wedding diet ahve been good

Only Breakfast, Lunch and dinner every day - no snacks, and no sweets, chocolates, biscuits etc

Also - Zumba class for an hour last night.

Gonna keep a strict diet until christmas and then go dress shopping in January - can't wait!
Weight loss challenge, lose 15lb in 6 weeks before Christmas.

I seem to have hit a bump already. I keep going to a certain weight and then going back up slightly and and then going down to that weight again. I haven't seen even 100g below this weight .

Have to push through it, can't give up.

  • I went with SiL2B. H2B wouldn't come, actually he probably would if I asked him to, but would be a waste of money and I was going to go alone before she saved the day! I don't mind going to the cinema alone, I draw a line at the theatre! (he doesn't like musicals.., :( )

ah next time u need company, just ask me as sometimes i struggle to find a partner too. :) actually if he would have been mean and said no, then i would have gone alone but am glad i managed to succeed and now he cant back out! he has watched the films with me at home anyway and quite liked them. Theatre, i am lucky he likes it, and my work organises so many theatre events so sometimes, we do get theatred out! i saw Ghost last, and it was awesome. :0)
