  • Your weight can change up to 2lb at different times of the day. That is why you are meant to weigh yourself same time each day etc. So totally possible I'm afraid... :( take the time that u usually weigh yourself.

:j I am 100g below my plateau weight.

Official fortnight nurse weigh in: 1.1lbs loss :j
Unofficial weekly home weigh in: 0.6lbs loss :j

Heh so that must mean I lost 0.5lbs in my very bad week.

Weight loss since the start: 4lbs
  • Well take the 69.2 measurement. Taken the times into account that is the most reliable! N I would be saying that even if it was the higher one- not trying to make you feel better... That's just a happy by product ! :D
I really need to try better now. Want to loose!!!!

Wahoo! :j it feels soo good doesn't it?! Now you really have to try to stay under... I was terrified of putting on at weigh in today, and that would bring me back over my hump, but I am soo happy that I have stayed the same!! :)

  • Congratulations on all the weight losses everyone! And also the unexpected STSs :D

    Yesterday's food was:
    b: wholemeal toast and butter
l: oven-cooked potato wedges and a little mayo (bit naughty, but so so yummy)
d: minced beef, veg and potato gratin - previous evening's leftovers.

Feeling a bit dodgy today, so haven't had any breakfast. Didn't sleep well last night, so that's probably why. Fortunately I have the day off today, so will go for a walk later to perk myself up a bit!

Thanks everyone and well done to other people's losses and stayed the sames (where they thought they would put on)

I just want to go home. So bored. Amusing myself on Amazon's Black Friday and just bought some GHD straighteners for £50!
  • Oh wow! That's a bargain! I'm bored too! :) we can't access amazon at work, so combing the BBC website!
