  • I haven't had the last bit of smoothie, will have that for brekkie tomorrow. Protien is good! I think I nay try a PT when I start going to the gym again, he seems to get u motivated. Maybe one to get me started, then when ever I start to falter.

AT the mo I an trying to keep an eye on how many cals I am actually eating, as didnt loose any weight last month. Going to eat 'normally' for a couple of days and keep count, then see where I can improve. Also drinking a lot more water, spent half the day walking to and from the loo!

    Breakfast - branflakes and weetabix.
Lunch - mince in a bolognese sauce with boiled veggies.
Tea - Chicken wrapped in prosciutto & Roast Veggies.
Snacks - yoghurt, scotch pancake, and a hotel chocolat truffle.

Re: Yoga & Pilates - I would recommend never doing these at home, and only do them in the company of a trained professional. Neither of these should be done lightly because they involve holding your body in certain positions and if you have something just slightly wrong you can do serious damage.
BUT that being said - I think Yoga and gentle stretching can be very good for certain injuries.

Any news from Codemonkey? I also thought of her yesterday - I am sure it all went well. The weather seemed to be kind to her, so hopefully no dramas. :)

  • Help! Can I join in? I've got LOADS to lose, I'm getting married July next year, don't want to feel fat on my wedding day :( I'm going to try cut out alcohol during the week, snacks after work and picking at things during the day, I work in a kitchen which is hard as food is all around. I'm paying a gym membership but haven't been in months! Named and shamed.

Morning ladies,, hope you are all well..:0) welcome sweet..:0) you have loads of time so enjoy it..:0) Did you enjoy going to the gym when you did? Hope you can start again and we can help motivate each other. :)

Princess Donna... my thoughts exactly!!! eek! 18 days today.. im getting nervous..hope you are doing well. i have been good eating-wise except yesterday, when i got back home.. We had Tesco's pizza (pepporoni) and i was greedy and had a few spoonfuls of cookie dough icecream. yikes! not good. so i came this morning, and booked myself into some classes. so hoping to do legs, bums and tums later and zumba on thursday and yoga on friday. :0)
time of the month is due so feel soooo bloated, :(

Jo, def a PT motivates me. Few years ago, when i trained with him, i had issues where i didnt feel like making his appointments, but now i just dont think about it and just go, incase i change my mind.. he is very good. they have to be as you pay them right? Have two more sessions with him before the wedding and thats it! will see how it goes after as i am getting used to him now. :0)

    xx

Umms sometimes exercise makes me feel a bit better when I feel rough. Other times its best to just give in and relax. .... don't push yourself too hard Rups. :)
