thanks Jo.. i am confused though slightly (its still so early and i am not awake) hehe.. you mean instead of the 3 i need up till the wedding day, just miss out one? i have them once a week! god they are so bloody expensive. it sounds sad, but as i am starting to feel tighter in some areas, i dont want to give up but i cant afford it.. would rather miss food and go for PT. hehe.. i might do that sadly. :( I mean miss out one session. i have one today and have just managed to scrap some cash together. :( the indian outfit i got last weekend, has cleared out my balance. grrr have to wait before having my treatments too. :(

    bah.. expenses.
Jo sometimes it is good to have that time to 'prepare' still but to be honest, i am fed up now and just want the day here, even though i am panicking. xx

I do feel for you. I feel like I am back to the point, where I had no money to do stuff. This was when I had just met OH as well. am in huge debt thanks to my student loans and stuff. grrr. i totally understand that even to exercise where you dont hurt your knee needs money. Can you possibly do stuff at home? it might be easier for the time being? or just take up walking. its the best one so far. :) xx

  • Diet not going particularly well as Grandmother came to visit on the weekend. I had a nice yummy sunday lunch. I did limit myself to one roast potato though. I seem to lack motivation at the moment as wedding feels like it is ages away as it is in June.
  • Walking isn't so good. I can manage a gentle stroll, but anything else the impact jars my knee. I have started doing wii yoga n stretches tho.

ash, take it easy as being hard onyourself wont help and only make it worse. you dohave time, so i suppose jus trying to eat as healthily as you can is a start. i always fail here and there, but i have taught myself not to feel guilty as when i do, i automatically put it on. lol

Jo, be careful with yoga, as i did makemy knee worse with that, esp with some positions. :( pilates is better for sure. :) also if u can, lean against a wall and using a ball or pillow inbetween ur knees, do some slow squats whilst pressing the pillow a bit. that helps to make knee stronger. x

  • Well, think I am going to give Rosemary Conley a miss! I hate to diet at the best of times.

I have my healthy salad with me and been goodn so far today. I get massive cravings for chocolate and crisps though which I am trying to beat.

Zumba tonight and I have also just signed up for bootcamp thing in my village. Circuit training at 6.30am 3 times a week...fun (not) but still better than dieting!
