I am so tempted to just sit and veg out at my desk. lol. i had my PT session yesterday. i suppose i could go home and do the shred and feel a bt better? have phonecalls to make as usual..grrrrBecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Well 1st week of Slimming world and I am struggling on what to eat for lunch. there are some lovely ideas, but not that practical for eating at my desk. Will have to be more organised and bring something with me.
Might see if I can get a jacket spud... or track down some sort of sarnie.
But on the whole am managing ok with the food, but have struggled a bit in terms of the syns as have had occasions/nights out where drink has been involved. They seem to be very high in syns.

well done for trying though Hadley. it is hard and you are doing it, so well done.:). The only thing with SW is the planning that got onmy nerves, but once you get used to the routine, it is great. i was soo happy eating noodels and pasta hehe

Thanks Rups. Yeah you're right I need to get into the routine. Pasta/noodles - forgot all about those. Yummy. Once sorted I'm sure I'lll be fine. I have to think positive. :rotfl:0

Zumba was cancelled last night!!:mad: But I did an hour of dancing on the wii to make up for it!
Still eating what I like, I will need to try to eat a bit healthier, but I have lost 4lb in a week or so, just by being a bit more active. In an ideal world I would lose about 30lb before May but would be happy just to lose 15lb really!
I have been naughty today, but i'm not going to beat myself up as I have a stinking cold and like they always say..."feed a cold..." (don't they??!!)Staring point of debt £23,343:mad:

tonight i might do that or my shred. first, have to sort out last min panicky things about the wedding. we still havent ordered our cake! aggghhh. your doing well so enjoy eating what you want, esp as your ill. :0)

im getting so stressed out now.. had a bit of time as still training in new job and i just cant seem to find any treatments on the days i want and if there are some available, then at stupid times!! i rang up a place in the hope of getting a body scrub and she said their shower facilities and salon is being renevated! typical! even so hard to find a waxing appointment. iwant to cry.
