Hi all, sounds like you are all doing well!
Friend of mine is trying to convince me to do rosemary Conley. Anybody have any experience of it??Staring point of debt £23,343:mad:

Today's food/exercise diary
Breakfast - branflakes and weetabix.
Lunch - 2 boiled eggs, slice of bread, and some salad.
Tea - Chicken & Roast Veggies.
Snacks - yoghurt and a hotel chocolat truffle.
Exercise - 30 mins Davina Top Fit DVD.0 -

The last experience I had of Rosemary Conley was when my Mum did it back in the early 90s - basically all fat was considered bad and you were encouraged to avoid anything with more than 5% fat :eek: My mum's diet became very restricted, with a list of 'banned foods' as long as my arm! I don't think it was appreciated at the time that some fat is necessary and healthy eating is about more than just avoiding fatty things, but hopefully the Rosemary Conley diet's moved on a little since then!
I'd read up on it as much as you can before you start, then make your own decision about whether it would work for you.Marrying my lovely man on 1st September 2012

My countdown is going on too.. 19 days left now!!! and my weight is the same... it seems to change on the scales so i think i am not going to bother weighing myself. the Pt sessions are working as I can feel my PJs getting slightly looser, but now i found out i am broke till i get paid again and dont want to miss out on 3 PT sessions before the big day! what do i do? eek!!!!
cant afford lots of food this week so def have to be good. sigh..:ABecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Hiya. I thought about code too yesterday and mentioned it to OH.
u guys are so lucky it is here... I am wishing it was sooner... But there is a reason it is still a year away.... Although the reason isn't valid now!
Rups I sympathise with the 'until pay day' problem! I had tv lisence cone out this month which I wasn't expecting, so am also broke. No gym.but no food either! Maybe have 2 PT lessons if u really want them- that way you are saving one!
