wow code, thats impressive. i will do that hehe..:0) hows it all going? in case we dont hear from you before the big day, have a lovely day on Sunday, best of luck! Looking forward to hearing about it when you are back!!! so exciting hey? Have a fab day and relax. mwah xxx

Thanks Rups. Going ok. Think we're mostly organised now, just got to take my dad's outfit to him for trying on.

Ooh I did one of those sanctuary body wraps and my measurements did go down. You have to measure 4 different points on the body part you're wrapping and I did my tummy and my arms. Lost between 1.5 cm and 5cm on my tummy and between 1cm - 2.5 on my arms

  • Glad it helped Code. I have the sanctuary one too. It might be worth doing it again tomorrow, for top results. Did it make your skin really smooth too? It did mine!

really kmmr? i have never seen them on groupon.. hmm maybe i always think they will be expensive thats why...i would recommend it and there was no pain. i just felt warmth on my belly. i was impressed that it 'melted' some fat cells and i lost 1.7 inches but i know if idont exercise like they said, it will come back, so thats the catch i guess.it was just a belt placed on me, and nothing was sucked as such but they said it works through that laser thing to dissolve fat and doesnt go further than 13cm so vital organs arent harmed. i had to say no as they or course always recommend a course and they were dear, :(

did zumba and am dead. wonder how code is getting on wth her day coming so close? :0)

there is something called 'lipo-away' on living social today (north London) which is probably similar. 3 sessions for £119, or six for 199. i might give it a go.

did you mean 1.7cm or inches? it changed in the different posts. makes a big difference!

Good Luck for Sunday Code!! (and well done on the weight loss lol - think you'll find that's called sods law!)

    My food diary for today
    Breakfast - branflakes and weetabix.
Lunch - Lunch out with team (Approx 100g prawns -no sauce), Salad, and approx 2 tablespoons of homemade coleslaw (i.e. not as much mayo as supermarkets' own brand stuff).
Tea - Meal out with MrD- This will be a three course meal, I usually have king prawns in a sweet chilli sauce with some crusty bread as a starter, steak and veg for main course, and a choccie pud.
Snack - (so I won't be starving by the time I go out for tea) yoghurt.

Exercise - Well last night I decided that given I was off out for meals twice today I would go for a 5K jog to make up for it. I ran 5.04km. :) without stopping :T. I really wasn't bothered about my times - I was just after distance. But incredibly I did it in 32mins 28secs!! But more importantly when I finished I felt I could carry a conversation on without needing to crumble in a heap on the floor. It was bloody hot though - my car said 25 deg C when I got home and I went out pretty much straight away. So here's to getting that time down now my distance is back up :)

Forgive me forum for I have sinned...had a 3 day meeting at work and had constant supply of chocolates on the desk, plus 2 meals out in the evenings. The only weight I'll lose this week will be in about half an hour when I go get get my hair cut!
Code....all the best for your big day. Have a great time and make sure you come back with piccies :)

    Tonight's tea: (So worth it!!)
STARTER- KING PRAWNS IN A CREAMY SWEET CHILLI SAUCE WITH TWO LUMPS OF BREAD, MAINS- BRAISED BEEF WITH A BOWL OF VEGGIES (WE ASKED FOR EXTRA) - SWEETCORN, PEAS, CARROTS, BROCCOLI, AND A DOLLOP OF MASH. PUDDING - A SLICE OF DARK CHOCOLATE TART AND HAZELNUT ICECREAM - IT WAS ALL SO YUM!
    (Sorry for the caps!!)

Lol do you think my jog earlier makes up for it... lol I did burn off 298 calories (plus a few more as my Nike + Sportsband thinks I'm still at my target weight not carrying about a stone more).
