  • Thanks for the welcome :) well I'll write what I had to eat today but, er, must try harder! On the plus side I started back at the gym today, just a little 30mins on the crosstrainer but finish work earlier tomorrow so will go for longer.

L- Baked potato, chicken curry and a mini nan (bad double carbs but the curry was just apples, onions and chicken with spices)

Sneaky wee check in from Poland where its lovely and warm and the diet is totally out of the window. How do polish women stay so skinny?

Well, we did it, and i am now Mrs codemonkey. Started the day off by oversleeping a bit so I was still wrapped in clay when the hairdresser arrived. She had a good laugh, but it worked and my dress did up. The whole day went by so quickly, but it was brilliant. We just giggled through the ceremony, especially when Mr codemonkey got confused and said 'i don't' instead of I do.Everyone had such a good time and have been adding each other on Facebook, the trouble makers didn't show up, and my feet still hurt from all the dancing. Totally gutted that its all over now.
