Well, surely you lost nothing by using your free voucher? Use it, if it passes, you got yourself a free MOT, if it fails, you take it somewhere else and its only cost you what it would usually cost you. Did they not change their tune when you asked for the dispute forms (or whatever its called)?

Nope its not a free MOT, its a £25 MOT, I paid £25, instead of the usual price, usually about £50. And they could of cared less when i said I would take it for an appeal test, they simply said go ahead. I have reported this to VOSA and I hope they get done as its simply not on. But sadly this is not going to solve the problem that KwikFit are rotten at the core and this trickles through their entire organisation.

It trickles through many organisations, most of these tyre/exhaust chains in fact. Especially when you pay bonus's to "mechanics" (I apologise to proper mechanics) for extra selling on things the customer does not need.
The only reason we hear about KF is because they didn't pay a backhander to make the problem to go away, unlike another chain I could mention.

It's a rotten from the top down situation, with PR people stuck at the bottom cleaning up the mess.
