Is it just me? or am I not writing this correctly? Vodafone say that there IS a signal where I am moving to and they have put this in writing to me via email

However there IS NOT a signal there and I have walked the whole village, so they are wrong and therefore I have a case

In your first comment - you state 300 people in the village confirm there is no signal.
So where are you moving to?

Have you checked the location yourself?

    http://www.vodafone.co.uk/personal/price-plans/network-and-coverage/uk-coverage-map/

What do you expect people to say on here - ok you are right and go and get a judge and Vodafone to stand in the village with you and prove to them there is no signal.

Will it help? No - because in law vodafone only have to provide the service to your original place of residence - the place registered when you got the contract.

The only numpty appears to be you, if you are absolutely confident there is no coverage in the village, then challange the misleading information in a court of law, but I know you won't because it seems you are not telling the truth :p
