I've been a naughty SunFlower. I shall say no more, but I imagine I shall be getting my bahookie kicked on here when you all guess what I've not been up to. :o

Looking on the readitswapit website and I've found loaaaaads of dog training and dog care books that I want, just don't have a lot to swap for them... :(

Why don't you make a list of the books you want hon - then if anyone has an electronic version of "The Secret" that they can share with Willow.

Maybe there is a way we can help you get hold of the books you need.

Wish me luck I am breaking out the papier mache with the kids today  Still first week of the summer hols has been a success I think with only a small incident marring it......but this incident could have repercussions. Anyway not going to dwell on, just monitor the situation.

Just popped back to point you towards something lovely I've just been reading...

Just a blog post about dreams, starting small and working upwards, how you don't need lots of dosh, or rich parents, or everything to be right, to start heading in the right direction. Made me think of you lovely lot :)

Morning Matrix! I've done a lot of decluttering, but I'm always up for more, especially as my mother is staying for a couple of days in mid-August :eek::eek:

Greenbee - thinking of you, hope it all goes well.

Cheery : Loads of calming vibes coming your way. My DH would have done exactly the same. He is going home tomorrow for a few days to clean his fish tank (a friend feeds the little darlings), do some research for a book he is writing, and sort the business bits. That means he will gather up all the post and bring it back for me to deal with!

Also, it was our turn for glorious weather today. We made the most of it and found Anna Sewell's gravestone and also the house where she wrote Black Beauty. Then we went on to Horsey and visited the wind pump, Staithe and Mere. Returned to a SC pork casserole which we will eat while watching Rick Stein in Barcelona - can life get any better? (that was a rhetorical question)
Hi Tricia, hope its going well for you still, it sounds wonderful - and you know, there's a blue plaque to Anna Sewell on a school ten minutes walk from me, here in Sussex. I'm walking past it today, must figure out what it says ....

Cheery, this looks lovely - and inspiring, completely. I'll be reading that tonight.
