Been MIA for a while, it's like a B&B (unpaid) at our house in the summer, we live in a holiday town so are always inundated with visitors at this time of year! Hectic and hardwork but I love spending quality time with our family and friends.

Hugs to all those that need them, congratulations to all those that deserve them and thanks to MG for the lovely lentil recipes and inspiration on the blog, when I get five minutes I'm going to hunt out the mention you gave your guided visualisation and give it a go, and I'm also putting green lentils on the shopping list.

Bitsy, loved the update thank you, and the idea of a matrix secretary taking minutes!

Now I'm off to try and join the 'otherside' again. I hope you all have wonderful days.

    Good Morning All!

What a brilliant idea to sponser someone as a group!

Thinking of how many of us sew, perhaps the sewing machine route might be the one?

I'd be willing to do the £1 a month if there are nine other ladies who would as well?

(Having trouble with the otherside, so hope posting here is ok?)

MG - loving all the recipes on the blog - makes my standard hearty lentil soup look drab by comparison!

    Morning Matrix-ers :D

Boy it is beautiful here this morning (and I am not just talking about me ;)). I have one very excited DD as it's her 3rd birthday today so cue a large pile of pressies and cards and she's on cloud nine. Top that off with sunshine and it's a very good day. She's off to pre school in a mo while I rush off to do the food shop and whizz round with the vac etc. I have even written a schedule for my week to encourage me to stick with a Flylady type routine, lord knows when the summer hols start I am gonna need it LOL
So only housework frogs today, still unpleasant like the rest though ;)

I am happy to contribute each month to sponsor as suggested by EE :D

Have a wonderful day everyone, whatever you do :)

    Good Morning

Jack is booked at the vets for 5.40 so DH can take him, I don't think he wants to take him for his last visit so is going to explore the route of an op to remove the lump, although if the only option is put to sleep he will do it :(

Emma offered to take Jack, as none of us really want to, but I think if its the put to sleep option then he needs to have a member of his family there, so positive vibes they can do something to help him, but like I said if the vet says its time, we won't prolong his life anymore.

Anyway the kitchen has been cleaned within an inch of its life :) last load of washing is on the line,

Going to get dressed in a minute, I don't have to meet mum today as she has a drs app. so going to potter around here, need to go out and get loo roll and squash at some point, plus I might pop up to see the girls in the market, just to keep my mind off the pending vets visit

  • What a difficult day for you Claire - thinking of you.

3rd birthday parties, how exciting :j:j:j. Happy birthday to your dd Bitsy.

Maybe the time is right to start a Matrix fund on t'other side. It will take some organising as you say FW but nothing ventured, nothing gained right.

Hmmm Willow asks a very good question.....what about those that would like to contribute but aren't members over there......EH being one of them. Seems a shame to exlude people on the basis that they're no Matrix members yet........sorry not meaning to throw a spanner in the works :o

FW - We let her open her pressies from granny and grandad last night whilst they were still here to see it. it was sheer pleasure to see the joy and excitement on her face, she actually shudders when she gets really excited LOL No parties tonight (only cake, coffee and making wishes ;)) the pleasure of 15 children round my house will be saved til Saturday. So Universe if your listening I NEED it to be dry on Saturday between 10am and 1pm :D
