Really sorry to hear about poorly pets. We are expecting to have to take my eldest pusscat at sometime soon for her final journey. I am dreading it. (((Hugs))) to all of you.
Having a really up and down day today. I have tonnes of work to do, but I haven't really got on with any of it yet. It is so annoying! I need to focus and get it done for tomorrow though as I have several deadlines racing up on me.
I have an appointment with a nutritionist tomorrow evening and I am dreading it. I am really, really dreading it.I think I am making it scarier in my head than it truly is going to be... so I am going to try and think positively about it.
Hope everyone is having a good day. Back to the grindstone."A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort"Herm Albright 1876-19440 -

You know what? I am paying this person... but I am most afraid of looking like a total prat. Because I know what I should have been doing all this time, and yet, I keep making stupid choices and eating stuff that is bad for me.
Oh, hang on. I already feel like a prat.Nothing to lose then.

Here's one of the Mentor's questions crickett - feel free to curse him as much as I do when he throws this one back at me :rotfl:
"So what would it take for you to ......................?"
So what would it take for you to start making better choices in your food?
It's another one of those "why does this personal development stuff have to be so hard at times?" thingies
Be thinking of you tomorrow - and Ms Sugah has been a godsend to me nutrition wise,so make the most of your ladies expertise.

Crickett - every single person who goes to see that nutritionist is there because they either don't know what they should be eating, or the DO know, but don't do it. You're not alone, and they're certainly not going to MAKE you feel like a prat - whether you make YOURSELF feel like a prat is up to you!0

Crumbs MG. That is a good question. A toughie though. Need to apply my mind to that one...!

So true! Why do we constantly give ourselves these negative messages?
