Busy day with yet another childrens party!!! Anyway quickly logged on to see any update from Marru........so pleased your barrister was on the ball, I think it makes a massive difference having someone on your side who knows how the system works etc. If you still have migraine try only breathing through your nose, increase oxygen as you may have been subconsciously hyperventilating (not suprising given the stress xx).
Have a great Saturday everyone, will try and check in laterI have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks

Right Souk - I have looked out my fourteen favourite "summer" lentil recipes - probably got the same of Autumn, Winter and spring - we like lentils here.
The benefit is they they are soooooo cheap and so full of protein and low fat too.
Hope you find some that you like.

Yay for Marru - glad it went well.
Grrrr this morning at stupid idiot who was on our roof at midnight trying to get more lead off it - dh chased him (barefoot ouch) down the road but he ran off too fast (he had shoes on). Police came and then patrolled around a bit and dh has been up all night ready to wallop anyone coming near the house! Local shopkeeper said a lady had found her wheelie bin full of lead the other morning so they aren't even managing to get it sold - have already thought I would make a better petty thief:rotfl:.

What a nightmare Dorastar. Was trying to think how we would cope - I know there is stuff that you can mark the lead with but that is to identify the lead and supposedly make it unsaleable. That doesn't prevent the eejits from trying to nick it tho'. Could you get / borrow a dog - preferably a large guard dog type with a very loud fierce bark - it would save oh having to run down the road in his bare feet.0

lol thanks for the ideas - dh does live dungeons and dragons so we have a garage full of pretend weapon and armour so he is thinking of lurking around in full armour with a 12ft pike tonight!!
Roofer is coming this week and is going to replace lead with a rubber version which isn't worth stealing. We have a feeling we know who it was as I overheard two lads goign past yesterday and one of them mentioned flashing (and they aren't the type to be interested in building!) but dh needs to catch him first!Mortgage £119,533 going down slowly

LOL - I hope the local Plod doesn't come wandering around whilst he's dressed up - my community bobby would love that.
Can anyone who is pootllng tonight have a look at the last couple of posts on the blog and check that the instructions make sense. Never passed on recipes like this before - I am pretty much a "shake of this a dash of that" kind of cook.
