Willow92 - hugs for you sweetie. Celebrate the grades you have got... which look pretty darn good, to be honest! Congratulations on getting your results and now, look to the future!! :D

Well done willow! :T :T I reckon that's a darn good grade (and if you look carefully, you achieved EXACTLY what you wanted in 2 out of those 3 things - don't be too hard on yourself! :T)

    Well done robsmum! :T :T :T

I'm fussing and fretting today :o Not getting things done, messing around and fretting over the amount of work to do instead of actually getting on with it :o had a call from a colleague fretting over not being able to find something - and it turned out to be something I'd done - not 'wrong' exactly, but perhaps not as well as I could have done :o

Need a good lesson in self confidence I think at the minute, in relation to work at least! :o Lovely office mate isn't helping - she's absolutely lovely, we get on SO well, she's been such a help - but she's a bit flustered herself at the minute, and is doing things over and above our project, staying late, missing lunch, and I'm ending up getting swept up in the frettiness of it all when really I don't need to be and I have my own priorities :o

Anyway, the answer, as usual, for now, is ACTION. Timer on, work for 60 mins (4x15 mins :D) which will get me to the end of this bit of work that I've been fussing over all day, then a nice cup of tea, another hour starting off the next bit, then some nice tasty food :T

Yep, it is confirmed. DS1 did not get the job - apparently they were looking for people with 'out-bound' experience. Which means they were looking for people who can do 'cold' calling.

    It is on its way!

Sorry to hear that FW but then again cold calling is not a job I'd want to do so perhaps a lucky escape for the better job that's on it's way.
