Keep on going Crickett, you are doing really well!!
Pushing vibes for Parsnip & positive vibes for all who need them, sorry if I'e forgotten anyone.
Food today was home-made bread toasted with home-made plum jam for breakfast, brie & crackers with 2 apricots for lunch, cashew nuts for a snack and veg skewers, home-made potato wedges & sosmix sausages for dinner. I have noticed that although my weight hasn't gone up over the last couple of weeks I have stopped exercising since going to Ibiza and my waist has gone up an inch so I'm starting the exercising again!!
Busy busy at work, a new person starting next week so will hopefully get better soon.Mortgage: 2011: 86000 - now: 499000 -

Not daft at all. When I lived on my own and finished work on Fridays I often wouldnt see anybody again til Monday so on Saturday night I used to order Pizza Hut deliver with the biggest bottle of coke and ice cream. My excuse was it was my treat to myself and besides the delivery was only free if you spent over a certain amount
Thanks for the mention, hope you enjoy the curry. I sometimes put some lime or mango pickle with it. I cheat on that and buy a jar of Pataks as it is divine. Only 99p and you dont need a lot as the lime one is really spicy and lovely. If you really want to push the boat out Mr Ms had bottle of Tiger beer at £1. Ok so its beer but its Saturday and whats a curry without a beer. You could also consider home made popodums. Would write the recipe but just off to bed and then working in Swansea for two days.
Catch you all next week ladies. I am doing a straigh 8 days in work now - mostly away and will be meeting some Very Important People on Tuesday - tell you all about it then. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher0 -
I love the bag, Claire. I like the way the lining is so soft looking as a contrast to the denim. I think cord trousers would be good -cord often comes in rich colouts. But how can you know what you want till you get what you want and you see if you like it?0

Morning ladies
Drinking coffee and making pancakes for everyones breakfast - thing is the only one up is DS2, but I bet the smell drives DS1 from his room pretty soon.
The planis to take the kids to morning school in St A and then hit the beach with a picnic lunch before my guests head off home again. If the weather is half as good as yesterday they are seeing Scotland at its very very best. Don't blink or you shall miss summer.
My AF order is due today - which is a little bad planning - but hopefully they will leave it on the step for me if we are not in. Some serious stocktaking must then ensue.
Off to finish the pancakes

Morning all. Thank you all so much for your comments. I will try to answer people who have made comments, but i have a limited time this morning, so apologies if I miss anyone out.
TMIF I like the idea of weighing myself every two weeks, rather than every week. I will try it. I am not promising I am going to be able to do it though.
EH, it was not "the computer says no" when the consultant told me he wouldn't help me. The exact words were "Until you lose at least 5 stone we will not help you. Fitness will only get you so far". Thanks Doc.
MG, your idea of a goal board was interesting, but I am not sure I can do that. Bearing in mind that I get weepy at SMA follow on milk adverts and Pampers adverts... I am not sure I could cope with a board full of cute babies to squee at. That might be a bit of my headstuff coming out again, and now I think about it, might even be sending confused signals to the Universe. This inability to have a baby is really raw with me and one of my coping strategies is to attempt to avoid thinking about it too much. I might have to work on that. *wanders off musing*
So, last night was lovely. I ate really well (smoked haddock fishcakes, massive salad and that was it) and the concert was lovely as well. Got home earlier than we thought and did a couple of jobs and went to bed early as well. It was very civilised!
Today I have lots of meetings... including the one where I show my boss all the work I have done on the portfolio, ask her to agree what I have written (ie sign it all off) and ask her to validate it all so I can send it in. If you have any positive vibes spare....?
Right... off to get on with my worky work!Have a good day lovlies!
